i find its good for xc, as its air forks and shock so you can set them up perfectly for your weight and have the right amont off sag. The seat post can be sat about 20cm up out off the bike, i'm 6ft and the seatpost is long enough for me with abit left.

yeah, re-greased, new bearings in the linkage, new bushes in the shock. Toby did a full re-build on it.
